Why should you become an affiliate of The Defensive Driving School.com?
There is no fee to become an affiliate of The Defensive Driving School.com. You earn $8.00 commission on every first tier sale and $1.50 for each second tier sale. (A second tier sale is when an affiliate recruits another affiliate. When that new recruited affiliate makes a sale, the affiliate which recruited them is paid $1.50).

How does your affiliate program work?
The Defensive Driving School.com’s Affiliate Program is tracked through the use of Kowabunga’s My Affiliate Program Software. We have chosen to use this software because we feel that it is the most accurate and convenient software for our affiliates.

When you become an affiliate of The Defensive Driving School.com you will be assigned a unique administration page where you will have access to reports, marketing material and a number of tools for improving your affiliate program. This is also where you would go to create a link.
Once you have chosen your marketing material and set up a link, you will be on your way to referring affiliates. Our software will track every person who clicks on your link to our site. That person’s information will be stored in our computer. If that person purchases our course within sixty days your company will receive a commission.

When will I get paid for a sale?
Commissions are paid on the 5th of the second month following the sale. If an order gets placed on August 20th, that affiliate would get paid on that sale on October 5th. If an order gets placed on August 1st, that affiliate would get paid for that sale on October 5th. All commissions are based on sales. If a sale is refunded the referring affiliate does not get paid. The minimum payment, for each payment period is $24.00. If an affiliate has not earned at least $24.00 in commissions by the time of the payment period, the affiliate’s commissions will roll over until they have earned at least $24.00 in commissions.


Are their any restrictions?
Yes there are a few restrictions. The Defensive Driving School.com will reject your application to become an affiliate if we determine that your site is unsuitable for any of the following reasons:

  • Uses or infringes on a trademark name
  • Promotes unlawful activities
  • Contains content that is threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or harassing
  • Draws a significant number of leads from underage or foreign clientele

Are there any limitations as to who I can sell this course to?
Yes. The Defensive Driving School.com is unable to process and will not pay for any of the following requests:

  • Orders received outside the United States. Unfortunately, at this time our payment system is set up to
  • only take orders from within the United States.
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Sales from an unauthorized link. Our software system will track all sales coming from authorized links. If you link to our site with an unauthorized link we can not pay you because we can not track an unauthorized link.
